The goal of the Gitjiggy.com is to foster a social and professional dance community and offer a variety of dance related services. User agrees and acknowledges that any information including but not limited to posts, photos, blogs, or other material deemed offensive, harassing, baiting or otherwise inappropriate may be removed at the sole discretion of Gitjiggy.com.

User authorizes Gitjiggy.com to make use of any original stories, concepts, ideas, drawings, photographs, opinions and other creative materials posted without compensation or other recourse. User also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Gitjiggy.com with respect to any claims based upon or arising from the transmission and/or content of your information.

Gitjiggy.com has the right but not the obligation to monitor and/or moderate information, and offers no assurances in this regard.

Any User who feels that any information is objectionable is encouraged to contact us. We have the ability to remove information and we will make every effort to do so within a reasonable time if we determine that removal is necessary. Gitjiggy.com has no age limit regarding members. We recognize that dancers may range from the ages of 3-75 years of age.

Gitjiggy.com is not responsible for the content posted by Gitjiggy members or visitors on any area of our site including without limitation, homepages, profiles, blogs, message boards, news articles, and events. The opinions and views expressed by Gitjiggy members or visitors do not necessarily represent those of Gitjiggy.com, and Gitjiggy.com does not verify, endorse, or vouch for the content of such page(s). If you believe that any of the content posted by our members or visitors violates your proprietary rights, including copyrights, please refer to our contacts page and please notify us through the appropriate channels.

Gitjiggy.com makes no guarantee of availability of service and reserves the right to change, withdraw, suspend, or discontinue any functionality or feature of the Gitjiggy.com service.
